Powerlifting traditionally has a general reputation for being a sport only for those who are big and bold. However, we are here to break these misconceptions – especially in relation to the World Dwarf Games.

Though powerlifting is still relatively unknown in the dwarf world, the past five years have seen a HUGE spike in popularity. You’d be surprised to see how many dwarf athletes compete at the Parapowerlifting Championships every year!
